چکیده

Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana, L.) is receiving increasing global interest as a diabetes-focused herb associated with zero-calorie stevioside sweetener glycoside production. This study was conducted to determine whether the arbuscular mycorrhiza (AM), biofertilizer integrated nano boron (B), zinc (Zn), and molybdenum (Mo), would improve stevia growth content. A factorial experiment four replicates evaluate effect of AM at 0, 150, 300 spore/g soil three microelements B 100 mg/L, Zn Mo 40 mg/L on performance, stevioside, mineral contents, biochemical contents stevia. Results indicated that combination 150 significantly increased plant height, number leaves, fresh dry-stem, herbal g/plant during 2019 2020 growing seasons. Chlorophyll content by between both Stevioside in leaves second season. In addition, N, P, K, Zn, leaf were applying microelements. Leaf bio constituent The application can be exploited for high growth, mineral, low-calorie product

Identification of Stevioside Using Tissue Culture-Derived Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana) Leaves

Stevioside is a natural sweetener from Stevia leaf, which is 300 times sweeter than sugar. It helps to reduce blood sugar levels dramatically and thus can be of benefit to diabetic people. Tissue culture is a very potential modern technology that can be used in large-scale disease-free stevia production throughout the year. We successfully produced stevia plant through in vitro culture for iden...

Stevia (Stevia rebaudiana) a bio-sweetener: a review.

Studies revealed that Stevia has been used throughout the world since ancient times for various purposes; for example, as a sweetener and a medicine. We conducted a systematic literature review to summarize and quantify the past and current evidence for Stevia. We searched relevant papers up to 2007 in various databases. As we know that the leaves of Stevia plants have functional and sensory pr...

Mutagenicity and human chromosomal effect of stevioside, a sweetener from Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni.

Leaves of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni have been popularly used as a sweetener in foods and beverages for diabetics and obese people due to their potent sweetener stevioside. In this report, stevioside and steviol were tested for mutagenicity in Salmonella typhimurium strains TA98 and TA100 and for chromosomal effects on cultured human lymphocytes. Stevioside was not mutagenic at concentrations up...

Diterpene glycosides from Stevia rebaudiana.

Three novel diterpene glycosides were isolated for the first time from the commercial extract of the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana, along with several known steviol glycosides, namely stevioside, rebaudiosides A-F, rubusoside and dulcoside A. The new compounds were identified as 13-[(2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)oxy] ent-kaur-15-en-19-oic acid, 13-[(2-O-β-D-glu...
